Privacy Policy
What data Tasqo collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted.
Effective November 4, 2026
1. General
1.1. This policy describes how the operator of the Tasqo service (the "Operator") processes personal data on tasqo.pro, its subdomains, in the accounts, the API and the task wall (the "Service").
1.2. Data is processed under the applicable personal data laws, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.3. Customers and partners give their consent to personal data processing separately — by a checkbox at sign-up or when placing an order. Performers’ data is processed to carry out and check the tasks a performer takes through a partner’s wall.
2. What data we process
Customers and partners (account users):
- email address, name or company name;
- password — only as a hash, the password itself is not stored; API keys — only as a hash;
- IP address and browser details at sign-in, the log of actions in the account;
- order data: links, texts, lists and other material submitted with an order;
- payment data: amount, method, status and the provider’s payment number. We do not receive full bank card details.
Performers (people who perform tasks through the wall on a partner’s resource):
- the user identifier at the partner;
- IP address, country, network (ASN), device type, browser details, a hash of the browser’s technical fingerprint, the time of actions;
- completion reports: screenshots, texts, links;
- linked platform accounts: username and identifier;
- messages in a task’s conversation.
Website visitors: technical request data (IP address, browser details) in server logs.
3. Why
- signing up and signing in;
- accepting and fulfilling orders;
- checking completions and preventing fraud;
- settlements, rewards and payouts;
- emails about account, order and payment events;
- user support;
- keeping the Service secure and complying with the law.
4. Automated checking
4.1. Performers’ reports are checked automatically, including by artificial intelligence models, and by people: the Operator’s moderators and the customers.
4.2. A decision on a report can be contested: by adding to the report in the task’s conversation or by contacting support. Disputed reports are reviewed by a person.
5. Who data is shared with
- the partner — the completions of their performers: identifier, status, reward amount;
- the customer — the results of their order, including performers’ reports;
- contractors processing data on our behalf: the hosting provider, the content delivery and protection network (Cloudflare), the email service, artificial intelligence model providers, payment providers;
- platforms (YouTube, VK, GitHub, Rutube and others) — when a completion is checked through their public API;
- public authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some contractors (the content delivery network, artificial intelligence model providers) are located outside the user’s country. Data may be transferred to them to the extent the Service needs to work.
7. How long data is kept
7.1. Data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes in section 3 or the law requires.
7.2. Email texts are deleted right after sending; the sending log is kept for a limited time.
7.3. Report files are deleted after the check is over, under the Service’s retention rules; hashes and service marks are kept to detect repeats.
7.4. An account and the data linked to it are deleted on request, except data that must be kept by law or for settlements.
8. Cookies
The Service uses only necessary cookies: a session cookie for signing in and protecting against request forgery, and in the wall, the performer’s session cookie. Browser storage holds the chosen language and the account’s interface settings (for example, rows per page), and in the wall, the performer’s session token and cache. To prevent fraud, the wall computes a technical fingerprint of the browser from browser and device characteristics and sends only its hash to the server. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
9. Your rights
You may find out what data of yours we process, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw consent or restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority. A performer may contact the partner on whose resource they performed tasks, or the Operator directly.
10. Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes, access to data is limited by role, and administrators’ actions are logged.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 14. Partners do not admit them to the wall.
12. Changes
A new edition of this policy is published on this page with the date it takes effect.
