Consent to Personal Data Processing
Given separately, by a checkbox at sign-up or when placing an order.

1. Who and to whom
By ticking the consent box at sign-up or when placing an order, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the operator of the Tasqo service named in the “Operator and contacts” section my consent to process my personal data on the terms below.
2. What data
Email address, name or company name, IP address and browser details, order and payment data — to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Purposes
- signing up and signing in;
- accepting and fulfilling orders, settlements;
- emails about account, order and payment events;
- support;
- keeping the Service secure and preventing fraud.
4. What the operator does with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the contractors listed in the Policy, including abroad, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — with and without automated means.
5. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn through support or at the operator’s email address. After withdrawal the operator stops processing, except data that must be kept by law or for settlements.
