Terms of Service
The public offer: terms of using Tasqo for customers and partners.
Effective November 4, 2026
1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer by the operator of the Tasqo service (the "Operator") to enter into an agreement on the terms below. The service is available at tasqo.pro and its subdomains, and through the API (the "Service").
1.2. The offer is accepted by registering in the Service, placing an order or making a payment, whichever comes first. From that moment the agreement is concluded and the user has accepted all of its terms.
1.3. The Operator may change these terms. A new edition takes effect on the date shown on this page. By continuing to use the Service after that date, the user accepts the new edition. Orders paid before a change are fulfilled on the terms in force when they were paid.
1.4. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published in the Service. The user gives consent to its processing separately.
2. Definitions
- User — a person who has registered an account in the Service or placed an order.
- Customer — a user who orders tasks to be performed: an advertiser, an SMM panel connected over the API, or a buyer who ordered on the website.
- Partner — the owner of a website, app or bot who places the Service’s task wall in front of their audience.
- Performer — a person who performs tasks through the wall on a partner’s resource. A performer is not a party to this agreement: their relationship with the partner is the partner’s to define.
- Service item — a kind of task from the Service’s catalogue (for example, a subscription, a comment or a view) with a price, a minimum and maximum quantity, and terms of performance.
- Order — a customer’s instruction to perform a service item in a given quantity at a given link.
- Balance — the record of a user’s funds within the Service, in US dollars.
3. Account
3.1. One email address is one account and one role: customer or partner.
3.2. The user is responsible for keeping their password and API keys safe and for every action taken with them.
3.3. Funds are not transferred between accounts.
3.4. The Operator may suspend or block an account that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud, or where the law requires it.
4. Service items and orders
4.1. The list of service items, their prices and terms are shown in the Service’s catalogue and in the customer’s account. Prices are in US dollars per 1000 completions unless stated otherwise.
4.2. An order is placed in the account, over the API, or on a service item’s page on the website. The customer provides the link and the quantity and is responsible for them being correct: the order is performed at the link given.
4.3. Tasks are performed by people. Every completion is checked — automatically, including with artificial intelligence models, and by hand. The customer pays only for accepted completions.
4.4. Order statuses: Pending, In progress, Processing, Partial, Completed, Canceled.
4.5. Completion times are estimates and depend on performers being available. The Operator does not guarantee that an order is completed in full by a particular time.
4.6. Where an accepted completion is cancelled within the period stated in the service item’s terms (for example, the performer unsubscribed), it is performed again within the same order. Where the order has already stopped by then, the cost of the cancelled completion is returned to the customer’s balance. Where a service item has a guarantee period, within it the customer may request a refill of lost completions.
4.7. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of platforms (social networks, video hosts, marketplaces and others): removing or hiding content, restricting accounts, changing algorithms. The customer is responsible for complying with the platforms’ rules.
4.8. It is forbidden to order tasks related to:
- material whose distribution is prohibited by law;
- fraud, phishing and malicious links;
- adult content;
- gambling;
- political campaigning;
- infringing the rights of third parties.
The Operator may refuse or cancel such an order.
5. Payment and refunds
5.1. All amounts are in US dollars. The customer tops up the balance or pays for an order by the methods the Operator offers in the Service or through support. A method’s minimum amount, if it has one, is stated before payment.
5.2. When paying in roubles, the amount is converted at the Bank of Russia rate on the day of payment plus the Operator’s margin. The total is stated before payment.
5.3. Payments are processed by payment providers. The Operator does not receive or store full bank card details.
5.4. Credited funds are shown on the balance in the account. When paying through the Service’s payment page, the user also receives an email at the account’s address.
5.5. When an order is completed partially (Partial) or cancelled (Canceled), the cost of the part not performed is returned to the customer’s balance and can be spent on new orders.
5.6. Funds on the balance are refunded to a bank card or another payment instrument on request through support.
6. Terms for partners
6.1. A partner places the wall only on resources approved by the Operator’s moderation. The Operator may refuse or withdraw approval.
6.2. For completions accepted by the Service, the partner receives the reward shown in their account. The reward is credited to the partner’s balance and becomes available after the period during which a completion can still be reversed.
6.3. The partner settles with their performers and is responsible to them. The Service informs the partner of their performers’ completions (postbacks).
6.4. It is forbidden to inflate completions, use bots or multiple accounts, encourage performers to deceive the check, or place the wall on resources that have not been approved. On a breach, the Operator may cancel the reward for disputed completions, hold the balance while it investigates, and block the account.
6.5. The payout procedure and schedule are given in the partner’s account or through support.
6.6. The partner does not admit to the wall people who, under the law of their country, may not perform tasks and receive a reward for them on their own.
7. Liability
7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee that it is free of interruptions and errors.
7.2. The Operator’s liability for any order is limited to the cost of that order.
7.3. The Operator is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
7.4. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of the material and links they submit to the Service.
8. Disputes
8.1. Claims are sent through support or to the Operator’s email address. The Operator replies within 10 business days.
8.2. The agreement is governed by the law of the country where the Operator is registered.
